My holidays.

After I woke up at the beginning of the holidays, I jumped around and did a little dance. "YEAH! Nine days of holidays with NO interruptions, well, except the fact we have to get the house ready for hari raya. There's going to be a lot of moving furniture and painting!" I giggled. Then I sighed. "But then next week have to fast already. I hope I can make a full day!" After doing the normal things around the house, (playing with baby brother, bath and stuff, etc.) I, uh, well played the computer all day. But of course, stopped sometimes for a break that is. After the weekends, on Monday was the start of September, which also meant the start of puasa-ing. So at 4:35 AM the alarm clock rang, and the others in my room (which of course is only my sister) woke. But I was to sleepy I still slept. But then my sister shook me and I had to drag myself out. We had an enormous breakfast. Then we slept again. I woke up at 10:00 AM. After the usual things again, I did my homework. Then once again, played the computer and watched TV. On Wednesday, the moving oof furniture began. We had ordered a new dining table set, (which also means new chairs) a sofa bed, a new shoe cabinet, (because our old one was already scratched up and old.) an L-shaped sofa and a queen size bed for my parents. We had already done the painting, just have to paint some room doors. Everything was finished on Friday. I made the next two days fun and exciting for me, because holidays was going to end. So I had a nice 9-day holiday.

And that is about it I think. Look out for more posts and keep posting!

My trip to Darul Ihsan Muslim Girls Orphanage

OK, it all started out on the 25th of July, which I was sick with diarrhoea and fever and could not go to school. It was still 8:20 AM, so of course I was still in bed. But luckily, around 2 PM I was able to stand up and walk around, as I felt too weak in the morning. My dad and mum locked themselves in their room, and I'm sorry, I eavesdropped a bit. I couldn't make out a single word, but they were in a deep discussion. 20 minutes later, they came out, only seeing me playing with my Beados (its the toy that you create a picture with beads and then spray it with water and they will join together in approximately 10 minutes) and my sister on her laptop. (me and my sister have our own laptops, and I'm using mine right now to type this very post.) My mum called out to us to stop playing for a moment because my parents wanted to talk to us. So after we were seated, my mum started talking. She said "Tomorrow we are going to take you to an orphanage, but we're going early in the morning." Then I spoke up "What are we there for?" My dad replied "We're going there to teach you a lesson and that lesson is 'How Lucky You Are'." he said with a grin. "The orphanage said we could bring donuts, because they said they LOVE donuts." my mum continued. "Right, so has this conversation coming to an end? I'm tired mummy." I said. She nodded, and I packed up my Beados and took a long nap. I had a dream, picturing the orphanage. It was a bad picture. Next day, we were up early, or should I say my sister and my parents woke up early. My mum said I was not too well yet, and so it was decided I only went after they bought the donuts. So I dozed off again, but woke at 9 AM. They still weren't back, so I had some free time. I played with my baby brother for 10 minutes, and after that he had to eat his breakfast (He has no teeth yet, so he eats foods that are like mashed up. So I took out my Beados and since I just did it for fun, I didn't spray, I just make it, keep back the beads and make a different picture. Then my mother called saying for me to get ready. So I got ready as fast as I could. Then the van rolled in the car park, and when I went to the back of the van, there were two big bags with three donut boxes each. Each boxes had twelve pieces of donuts. So we were off to the orphanage, I didn't know the name of the orphanage, but I knew there would be a sign that will tell. And sure enough when we got there, I was surprised that it wasn't the same bad picture as it was in my dream. It was like a school, only smaller. And the sign said this: Darul Ihsan Girls Orphanage. The first thing I saw was the kitchen through a glass door, and I also saw lots of girls. The girls were wearing bandanas, and were playing. Some of them are aged like me, some older. So we went in, and the girls greeted us. We plopped the donuts on a table and told the cook its for the girls. Right then and there, the principal burst in the room. The girls stood up and bowed respectfully. Then they sat again and continued what they were doing. The principal led us outside and thanked us for the donuts. She also said if we came again we can also bring other stuff other than food. Then, as me, my sister and my dad waited outside, my mum went inside the principal's office and talked to her. 10 minutes later, we were back in the van and we drove home. We now know that not many people are very lucky, and we now always make we don't take things for granted. We have to cherish everything that God has given us.

The moral of this post is that NEVER waste food, or pollute and don't take things for granted. Once we do, we might never stop and we would one day lose EVERYTHING we have. And it would our own fault. So, I hope you learn something from this post. Thank you and keep posting!

Racial Harmony Day

Today I shall talk about the exciting day we had on the twenty-first day of July, Racial Harmony Day. That day, there were not too many lessons. In fact, you could say we only had two or three lessons only! The day started out like this: We were sitting quietly in the hall. After assembly, we sat down again and Mdm Phua announced that she will tell us what we will be doing through out the day. After she told us what we were going to make, where the games and food stalls were etc, etc, there was a show where some students danced a dance which combines all Malay, Chinese and Indian dances. We all cheered when we heard we'd have an hour for recess, because our usual one is only 30 minutes. After that, we went back to class and did some work. We cheered again when it was recess time. When I went down to the canteen, there were a lot of stalls. After I took a good look at them, I realized there were too many foods to pick from, and I had a huge headache trying to pick the food. So I just bought a sandwich and nibbled on it. After that,I went out and played game and took a picture of me wearing a sari, but I forgot to retrieve the picture. By that time I realized, recess was over. But I remembered that my sister was one of the photographers so I decided to just get it from her after school. After we were all quietly seated in the hall, Mdm Phua announced that we will watch a show: The importance of being kaypoh. It was hilarious! After the show, we went to class and made bunga mangga's. It was a very great day.

That is all what we've done that day and now this post comes to an end. Keep posting!

Cyberbullying

Ok, today we talk about Cyberbullying. to start off this post, lets learn what is cyberbullying.

Cyberbulllying is also something like bullying, just that it happens online. Cyberbullying is very very bad. It contains VULGAR, TEASING and most of all, HURTING PEOPLE'S FEELINGS.

You can easily spot a cyberbully in a person if that person begins to do things like this: taunting and teasing at a person, shouting vulgar and making angry faces such as >:(. That will straight mean that he/she is a cyberbully. Now you may ask, why do they become a cyberbully? Well, before they become a cyberbully, they had experienced frustration and had their feelings were always hurt. Then, that person gets too frustrated and hurt and no longer wants to experience it, they begin to shout at others, their temper always high. Once, in the online game Habbo, when I was in a room chatting, I accidently typed a wrong word and one person was fed up, thinking I was saying a bad word, and kicked me out of the room! Anger was boiling inside of me, of course, but I held back.

Now, how do we stop a cyberbully? Well, lets just say it a bit hard to know as nobody ever knows because they always do back when one does something to them. So I think the best way is to either talk to the bully or just stay away from that person until they are friendlier. So if you choose to talk the bully, CHOOSE YOUR WORDS CAREFULLY! Dont say things that will make the bully angrier. But if you say something to them, like "Why are you doing this? What's making you like this?" (which is quite alright) and they say "What does it care to you?","Thats none of your business!" or even "Why do you care?!" then I advise you to either end the conversation or keep going. Talk to the victims too, and find out what the bully had done and make a plan. That way, things will be easier.

Thats much of what I can tell you, but I'm afraid I have not more. I end this post right now and I hope none of you will be a cyberbully or a victim of the case. Be safe and keep posting!

Nettiquette

Yep, we're talking about Nettiqutte today! Okay, to show nettiqutte in cyberspace, you can just be friendly! Dont chat about ANYTHING and I mean ANYTHING that is related to this word and the meaning of these words: Bad and Negative. To be a cool cyberkid, here are some tips: 1. Be friendly 2. Never do anything bad and 3. Be smart and think wisely before you do anything! Nettiqutte is really important! If you dont show nettiquette, you will NO FRIENDS, no matter how hard you try to make them and these are some words that also represent you: Discourteous, bad, unfriendly, and a CYBERBULLY! (Thats a clue to the next post) If you see someone that doesn't have Nettiqutte with them, give them some advice that if they dont stop, they might as well become a cyberbully and will have no friends at all! If they take your advice, then congratulations! You have become a good cyberfriend. But if that person still becomes bad, then just stick around them for awhile, because you are going to see that one day, they have no friends at all and cries for help. You can then be a cyberhero and be his/her friend and teach him nettiqutte, and who knows? He might become your best friend after that! My advice to all of you, ALWAYS bring Nettiquette with you when you enter the cyberspace. And soon, you will find that you will have a lot of friends and will never become a cyberbully, not even once.

I hope you like my post and I hope you learnt something. Another post will be coming soon!

My June holidays

Hmm.. I'll give the holidays 3-stars. My holidays were a little bit boring, but nonetheless fun because I get to go on the computer! That time, my father bought a sunflower for my mum, and I looked closely at the sunflower. Then I asked my dad whether I could do a little experiment with the flower, and because it was almost going to die, my mother agreed too. So, my dad cut open the flower and he showed us the parts of the sunflower, like where the nectar is stored. After that, we threw it away. I spent the rest of the holidays with my family ( Like going out ), on the computer and studying. I don't like vegetables, but I had to eat them anyway. But now, I feel as if the vegetables has made me a little taller. I'm glad about that :). When the holiday ended, I felt sad and happy. I felt sad because I've got quite used to freedom and wants another month of holiday but also felt happy for I can see all my friends again! I guess this ends my post!

Keep looking for more posts and have fun learning about cyberwellness!

Wish come true...

Yay!!! I finally got a Version 5 Tamagotchi. I just got it yesterday. Thanks to Deborah, I know how to play with it and but some of it, of course, coz I still dont know some things. Yesterday, I was at my Uncle Adam's, or should I say Proffessor Adam's, clinic. My mum said he had a surprise for us. My mum couldn't go for she was sick. So she called my aunt, because my aunt is getting married with Uncle Adam. We drove there, and while we were in the car, I was wondering if my sister was right, as she said this: " I know its gonna be the V5 Tamagotchi, because I heard them talkin about it on the phone last night ". I was so excited!! When we got there, Uncle Adam teased us, he said we must sing before we got the present. Of course, I saw the bag with the gifts, perched on a chair. When I saw it a little flat, I knew my sister was right. Needless to say, I was a good singer but my sister is not a fan, in fact, she doesnt even sing! ( Only for classes, but I tell you, she was one bad singer! ) So since I was the winner, I got it first and she got it second. Then we pleaded him to improve our subjects we were bad in. He said this: Ok, small matter. I tell you a secret, if you say you can many times, you can! But once you say cannot only once, then you cant do it! My motto is: Do first, Complain later. Then we left, as happy as can be. When we got home, we proudly showed it to our parents. And when I showed mine to my baby brother, he stared at it first, and then laughed at it as to say: Wow, thats cool! It was the BEST day ever. My wish came true. But first, Deborah if you are reading this, do you mind if I ask you a few questions at your blog? Thanks!

Earthquakes & Cyclone

Topic: Earthquake - Yep, today we're going to talk about earthquakes. Causes of some earthquakes are very dangerous that even more than 1,000 houses can be destroyed. People who does not want to suffer may find a good place where they cant see anything shaking or something like that, but of course, its not easy to find one. Hmm.. maybe scientists may detect an earthquake if they made some kind of invention... but right now I dont think they can detect earthquakes. We only know if there's an earthquake when things begin to shake, and rocks tumble down from mountains ( small rocks ). The last country to be hit by an earthquake was the country China, Sichuan. We knew there was an earthquake by a Singaporean travelling there. Luckily, he was not one of the victims. Do you know what makes earthquakes? Well, Underneath the earth, there are plates the shape of our countries. Since they're not joined together, they move around fast. And sometimes, one of the plates will shake so fast that it hits another plate, therefore an earthquake is made. Since Singapore is the smallest plate, it quite a distance from other plates. So, I think that Singapore will most likely would not have one.

Topic: Cyclone - A Cyclone is a type of tornado, but its bigger than a tornado. It is made by very strong wind, and like a tornado, its picks up people and other things and throws them around, which means that when they hit the ground, they might most likely die. The last country to be hit by a Cyclone was the country Myanmmar, Burma. There were so many victims, that some people were to be dead or missing. Many people cried for their beloved ones, and after the Cyclone, they named it Cyclone Nargis. Luckily, only part of the country was wiped out by the Cyclone, at least there are still people in Myanmmar. I hope there will be no Cyclone in Singapore!

And that ends my post. Sorry if its too long. I like to give as much details as I can. Dont forget to look out for more posts! Bye

Jogging.. phew!

Yep! The title says it all! I went jogging last evening ( Monday 13/5/08 ) with all the people in my house, but of course, only my maid and my baby brother didnt jog, but watched us jog. For the first round, I raced my sister. But eventually, she won. Then, I jog half around the stadium and then walked with my mum while my sister and father jogged ahead. "Mother and daughter, father and daughter. Suppose to be son, but Andrew is a baby and he cant jog but sis can!" I laughed in my heart. So I jogged for 5 rounds, and then we all went in the van and went to Esso to get some beverages for us to drink. We were quite thirsty from all that jogging. And went we got home, my sis and I ate Maggi Mee, whilst my parents ate lontong with soup. It was a tired but happy evening. Then we all slept. Thanks for reading this post and remember to spend some time with your family, k guys?

Hand,Foot and Mouth disease

Hand, foot and mouth disease is a very dangerous and serious disease. It can spread rapidly if you dont take care of yourself. When you feel you have these symptoms, fever, sore throat, loss of appetite or ulcers in the mouth, consult a doctor IMMEDIATELY. So, the doctor may say: She is suffering from hand, foot and mouth disease. Make sure she gets enough rest and does not go near any person, otherwise chances of spreading this disease will be high. Only you may attend her if she needs anything. I'm sorry, but she will have to recover in 2 weeks but if she is lucky, she can recover earlier. I have no medicine, so you will have to find a way to cure her. You and your parent will leave the clinic. At home, you might either sulk or write in your diary 'This is the worst day of my life because I have hand, foot and mouth disease! People who are reading this, PLEASE follow this. Otherwise, chances of getting cancer or even worse can be high and you could die, but I dont want YOU to! Please follow this for you health's sake.

What friendship is about...

Hi friends, I am going to tell you about friendship. Friendship means having friends from not only your race but from other races too. It is important to have friends otherwise, you'll be the loneliest person in the school/world/universe. We can make friends by walking over to them and chat or play a game. Soon, you'll find you are friends! Singaporeans should be friendly to people from other countries otherwise, people will not come to Sinapore and it will just be singaporeans, no other people from other countries like Germany, Mexico, England, etc..... Hey, did you like the International friendship day at school? I liked it. The best part of it was learning JUDO! I think that, during the next international frinedship day next year, we should organise something different, for example, garland making? Well, this is the end of my post and I hope you have learnt about friendship.

The scary but fun day I had...

Whoa! Some day I had! Today was normal for you (EXCEPT cyberwellness ambbassodors). But not for us ambassodors. Today we went to school feeling wary and nervous. Mdm Phua called us four ambassodors during Saturday and Sunday. She called me yesterday to tell me that if I had memorised my script and was confident, but I suddenly got still as I remebered that today, guests were coming to our school! I quickly said yes. I guessed Mdm Phua could hear my voice tingle with fear. So she said: Dont worry, they dont know the script! So if you forget its ok, because we wont hand out the script and then they will see and give you marks!" I felt better. "I'll try my best." I said. Today, we skipped PE to tell Mdm Phua the lines and she will give us advice. Then, we saw the CyberWizzy Game Race Snake'n'Ladder game on the wall just beside the dentist. Mdm Phua taught us how to demonstrate how to play and the lines. Soon, we were all ready to welcome the visitors. It was already 8.38 when they came. "Thank Goodness they come now, otherwise we'll miss recess!" I told Zong Hui. At first we were scared, but when it came to Netiqutte, I was 100% excited to guide them with Yew Kit and CyberWizzy. I only didnt do well at the map. I mean, I didnt know that one you see!!! I had a great time! Then we raced back to class... when Yew Kit, Darren and me forgot to put the Wizzy magnets on the Snake'n'Ladder game. We raced back down, put the magnets, and dragged ourselves up as we were tired of racing again. Then Mdm Phua said, " Um, where's your magnets? You have to give it to me as the game is not open to all pupils!" Then she asked Zong Hui and me to go down and collect the magnets. " Go up, go down, go up, go down. Sigh.. when is the next go up and down? During Mothertongue?" I said to Zong Hui. I reall had a great time today. Look out for more posts and keep posting!

Cultural Camp

Please read the comment before reading this post!

Some fun I had today! It was the cultural camp day. At first I thought it was going to be boring. But I was wrong, it was actually sooo fun! I thought we didnt need to bring anything today, just ourselves, but then, I discovered we had to use pencils for somethings! Luckily, my friend brought an extra pencil. First, we went to the 4.4 class to do a malay dance. Although there were other malays in class, my friend I danced better than them. I smiled and looked at the others. True, some of them just didn't know how to do the footwork but just do it as if they were walking! And some just froze they're hands, not moving them at all. Next, we did henna painting. I got a nice henna, but some other friends got a henna which I think was more nicer than mine :(.
We learned that henna is made from leaves. You just have to grind the leaf, and then.. err i forgotten already. Sorry. The auntie said that it is also to cool down your system and its like medicine! She also said that henna is normally worn on special occasions like weddings, Deepavali ( of course ) and Hari Raya. Then we went to the canteen to have a tea break. I didnt eat either the muffin nor the Lychee drink. Why? Because the muffin which I see i think was plain, and I dont like Lychee at all! Instead, I took out the only 10 cent coin I had to call home to tell my maid to come to school to give me additional pocket money and some water. As soon as I got the money, I only had time to eat one cookie. So i bought a cookie from stall number 2, ate it and went to the hall. After we left, we went downstairs and went to the erm is it 3.2 or 3.3 room? There, we did face-painting. Only some of us (including me) did not volunteer. Then the auntie picked my friend, Maisyarah ( Maiy-sah-rah ) to paint her face. But when the whole process was done, (Close to the end) a tear fell down her cheek. Then I knew exactly why she was crying: because all the boys had laughed at her when she was painting her face (The face is like a monkey). The boys who laughed at her was : Dylan - 3.2, Lucas - I dont know, Dominick - I dont know, Shafiq fitri - 3.7 and Syafiq surawan - 3.5. So, I told our leader of what happened as Maisyarah couldn't say anything. So, me and the leader went to the toilet to wash her face. " Haiyo, you so pretty yet you still want to wash! " said our leader as she wetted the toilet paper and tried to wipe her face. Although she could wipe it, it was red underneath. But further in this post her face turned to her normal colour :). By the time we went back to class, three boys were standing on chairs wearing chinese costumes and masks. One was the monkey mask, which the face-painter copied to make Maisyarah look exactly like it and the others I dont know. After we said good-bye to the face-painters and instructor, who merely talked only chinese and my friend had to translate it, we went to the next class/station. There, we learned about sarees. Then, they wanted three girls (of course girls, its a indian woman costume what! Not men -_-) to try on three 6 metres of cloth (to wear the sarees). Me, Maisyarah and an indian girl named Shashnita (Or is it Shashneeta?) volunteered with some others, but we got chosen. There was no mirror, so the leader took a picture of us with her handphone and showed it to us. We were quite pretty actually, but the boys that I mentioned in this post said 'boooo' or 'Not nice!' or 'Wah, like mak cik like that!'. We did not care anymore, but actually Dylan laughed the most ( And I dont mean Dylan the Dylan in our class hor -_- ). After we learned more about the sarees and so on, we went upstairs. Then, we went to class 4 point something and there, we did a chinese dance. At first I thought all the instructors will speak chinese as its a chinese dance. But one instructor spoke english while the other one speaked chinese and as the dancer, he showed us the moves. But of course before that, introduction. "Sigh.." I said to myself "Always some boring introduction and the fun comes at the last part. Haiyozzz." But then, after the introductions was over, Mr Leong ( The Chinese Guy ) showed us some simple moves. Amongst all, I was the best because I saw him point at me and talk to Mr Frankie ( The english one ) like if he was saying "wah, this girl good dancer ah!" I guessed to you as he was speaking chinese. After seeing all the choreography we did becoming fruition, he decided that since our group, amongst all other groups, was the best dancers, he said that we were to perform infront of all the groups at 4pm. "WHAAAT?!" This was the sound made from our group. Oh my god x3! said the girl beside me. Then after that we said goodbye and then to class.. 3.4! There, I sat at my own place, own desk & chair. We did kolam designs or Rangoli. At first, the instructor taught us how to draw oil lamps and flowers. When it was over, we went to a big paper and then our leader said: You can draw one flower each and then you can move on to something else." she said smiling. Then she joined us and drew a big yet beautiful flower herself, coloured with chalk and then stood up to see what the other people on another paper drawing (It is big papers, thats why we can gather round and draw designs like a group! Although the instructor taught us how to draw flowers, mine wasn't nicer than hers. It looked just like a lumpy flower with big & small petals as I'm not a good drawer. Oh, I almost forgot! We went to the station where we made ketupats. Our leader chose me to translate the malay words the auntie said for the chinese to understand. After making ketupats, we went downstairs to the canteen again for lunch. Before that Mr Ravi came in to say that we were going to have Mcdonalds to eat! "YAAY!" Our group said except me as it was bad news for me. You see, my mum read the article of how people got cancer from fast food, so she cut our junk-eating to only once a month! " Haiyo, how like that.. Now I cant eat Mcdonalds anymore till next month!" I said with a sigh. But as we went downstairs, I thought there would be chicken nuggets as I LOVE them. But then, as I opened the Mcdonalds bag, My smile turned to dismay. There was no nuggets at all! Only a McChicken burger, apple pie and some chilli sauce was inside. Now you see, I didn't really like burgers. I dont like the lettuce and pickles and all that. But I had no choice, I had to eat the burger otherwise I'll starve! But before that, I gave the apple pie to Maisyarah. She happily took it and said " Im going to give this to my mother." then I looked at the burger. Then I took a bite. I munched it and thought that its not bad at all! It was DELICIOUS! Then I ate it. There was a quarter of the burger left when I dropped it. " Aiya! Now cannot finish coz its dirty -_- ~" I said. So I wrapped it up, put it inside the Mcdonald bag and threw it away. I drank some water and went to the hall. And this continues the sentences above the ketupat trip. Continuing.... then, we went to the hall. Mr Leong was dressed up funnily, like a pirate. But his top did not cover his whole body. Only was left to cover was the middle. So sometimes it showed his.. erm, I dont want to say it thank you! Then, Mr frankie called us up. At first, our group was reluctant to go, only me. I was to first one to stand up. ( Im quite a courageous girl if you want to describe me. And the ones in the group who reads this post, no offence, seriously :)) Then a chinese lady teacher told the group to go infront of all the groups. The music started playing and we did the dance moves. At the end, the 'Audience' didn't clap so loud. " Maybe we were so scared and acted like we havent practised it..." I thought. Then, Mr Leong and with his funny costume, danced at the left side at the hall. We didn't use the stage as it was filled with Guzheng instruments. After that there was the malay dance and then it was time to go home. I took 10 cents from my additional pocket money my maid gave me to call home to tell my maid to fetch me home. This was her reply: "Wait awhile ah Lysa, I still feeding Andrew ( My baby brother ) milk ( bottled ). Got a lot more milk, wait he cry. So you wait ok Lysa?". "Ok" I replyed, hung up the phone and bought chrysanthemem tea from stall 1, which was still open. As I drank, I tried to hear what Mr Koo was talking to Chen Wei, Nicholas and some other boys. Soon, my maid came and took me home. Oh and I forgot again! After the malay dance, we were given a form to fill up. It was a form which asked questions like 'Did you like the cultural camp?' or 'Did you like the activities given from the camp?' The last question was 'Do you have anything to say for the camp?' I wrote down 'I hope the school will host it again' as it really was fun! I gave the pencil back to my friend and handed the form to our leader. Continued from the sentences from the word home. Continuing.... I loved this day very much! I hope that the school will host it again! Remember, keep a look out for more posts or you tell me to give you an update every time I write a new blog post! Thank you for reading this post!

Sports Carnival

Wow! I had a LOT of fun today! Firstly, its because there is exactly no lessons. Secondly, we get to play games! At first we had to go to the hall for assembly (as usual), sang the national anthem & school song and took the pledge (as usual). After 5 minutes, I was surprised by finding myself doing a work out before going back to classes. I like punching the air most. When we went back to our classes, Mdm Phua asked Brandon to go up and call some P6's to bring some cups down for Sports stacking. I saw it before with cups, but before that I thought it might be a different one. But then when i saw the cups, I smiled to myself. I watched it many times on television. " I might be able to do well. I saw it many times on TV what. " I thought. True, I did well. Only the ten cups palace I couldn't slide the cups down properly. They kept falling. The six cups, well a bit of slow lah. But the three cups very good. I did it fast. Halfway through the 'lesson' some Chao Yang students just opposite school ( I always walk past their school. I walk from home to school. Their school is yellow in colour. ) came into our class with Mr Tan, Mdm Ching and another teacher. I was guessing it was one of their students teacher. Some of them watched the class stack high and low. They had to separate them in our groups. Mdm Phua said to show them round the school. Our Chao Yang student is named Daniel (Or is it Danial?). Yay! Recess time. we tried to stay with our student but the teacher took him with her as she explained that he is allergic to many things and one them is in his buddy's bag. So she has to find it otherwise, you know, he might throw up or something. So I wandered off to the bouncy castle. I lined up. When it was my turn and some more students, we took off our shoes and hopped in! Although I fell sometimes, I did not injure myself or hurt my cut on my leg and had fun. Truly, it was fun, honest that I went two times for the fun of it! Next i went to get a balloon. I got a white rabbit. Then, I went into the parade square, took a crossword puzzle and did it. While doing it, I listened to one song. It is called 'Beautiful Girls'. From there, I did very quickly and spun the wheel. I got a mousepad for a prize. After that, we lined up in the parade square and went to the hall. There, we first played Archery with 3.3, 3.2 and 3.1. Then, we played indoor rowing. Boy was it fun! I like Indoor rowing more than archery, only the fact that we have to pull and pull the handle/string. It was a fun day! I wish that the school will host it again!

Computer games

Hi everyone! Today I am going to tell you what kind of computer games I play.
#1: Habbo. Habbo is an online game where you can meet other people. You can make friends, buy habbo cards to get habbo credits ( This can be found in thomson plaza at the game shop, at least thats where I normally buy them. The shop is at the 2nd floor. ). You can make your own room and play other habbo's games ( for eg, Falling furniture, Costume change etc.. ) the URL is www.habbo.com.sg.
#2: Club penguin. Club penguin is like habbo. You can meet other people from other countries, (the fact is they look like penguins there) and also add them as friends, of course. You can be a Secret Agent. If your penguin is over 30 days old, press the Golden M and the top right hand corner. You can also be a tour guide! But it has to be 40 days old. If you dont know how to play or what features they have you can ask me! I can guide you as I am a tour guide. You can be a tour guide by going to the map and then ski village. That is where you will find the booth to be a tour guide. Play games to earn points. The points are like money. So they help you buy stuff, like puffles. They are pets for penguins. Each cost 800 points. Oh, and when you go into the club penguin website, press play now and then when you go to the other page, they will say "Dont have an account? Sign up now!" at the bottom. Press that if you want to join. The URL is www.clubpenguin.com. Well, thats most of the games I play. I hope you enjoy playing them!

Farewell, Mr Singh...

Goodbye Mr Singh! We will miss you! Good luck on your principal course. We would never had the LMS website if you hadn't been in school. And why should we just sit around when you gave us such a wonderful learning website? And you also took care of the school and give pupils good advice too! That is more than enough things to do which is kind to the school to make it better, right? It is time that at least somebody repay you for all the good things you have done right? Good luck and farewell Mr singh!

What I am going to do during Chinese new year and the weekends.

During Chinese new year, i will try and get as much donations in my donation card that my teacher gave me to raise funds for our school's Air-Conditioning in our school hall. They need $250,000 in order to get the air conditioner. Thats a lot of money. During the chinese new year, i will also spend time playing with my family, especially my baby brother.During the weekends,hmm... I dont know what I will do. All i can think of is studying, playing computer games and watchng TV. Which one is better? That remains a mystery...... Well, thats all i can figure i would do during the 'holidays'.

My new baby brother!

I love my new baby brother! He was born on the 16th of january. Sorry i didnt write earlier. I didnt have the time. He is very cute. I can carry him, even when im standing but my mum is afraid that i might drop him, so i only can sit when i carry him. His name is Kareem Andrew. He doesnt cry all the time, but especially loves his baths. He doesnt cry one bit during his baths! He only cries when he is hungry. When he was first born, i wasnt at the hospital, of course. The next day, i got to visit him with my sister and maid. When it was time for him to drink his milk, the nurse taught me how to help my mummy if he doesnt suck properly. I cannot wait to see what he looks like. Please vote my poll!

My blogging experience.

Hello I will tell you about my blogging experience. I love blogging, and I would like Mdm Phua to give comments to my blogs. Unfortunately, none of my blogs are interesting enough to surprise anyone except my first one, which i mostly give the comments. I reply to them to my commenters. Mdm Phua had taught us how to put in pictures but i dont have any pictures to find interesting to put in my blog. Even if i do find a picture,I will know how to put it in my blog and at home, if I dont know anything I can ask my sister for help as she is what my parents call 'an I.T expert'. I hope my blogging experience will enhance each day and i hope to get as many comments as possible!

My First I.T lesson.

My first I.T lesson was exciting. Mdm Phua first had to get help from Mr Justin, my last-year sister's I.T helper/teacher. Both of them had to push two metal cabinets into the classroom. By the time they pushed both cabinets into the classroom, the class had made a lot of noise!! First both of them had to explain how to retrieve the laptops from the cabinets. Mdm Phua said more than Mr Justin. Then they explained how to open the laptops, plug in wires and some accidents they happened to the laptops last year or the year before, i forgot which year they said, but for the things i mentioned in the upper sentence, it was Mr Justin's turn to talk more. Most i actually already know, because actually i have my own laptop at home. I am looking forward to the next I.T lesson!
